3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold one borneo77 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. borneo77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your borneo77 login credentials. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the sending institution's operating schedule and may take longer during non-business hours and Malaysian public holidays.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts and payment methods in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is approved, the Member must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Thresholds. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction. borneo77 reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. borneo77 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities without notice to the Member, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation. Members must not use the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by borneo77 are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. borneo77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk betting patterns specifically to meet wagering requirements without meaningful exposure; or engaging in collusive wagering with other Members.

5.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not been activated within the applicable time window specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on borneo77 is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. borneo77 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's failure to understand the rules of a game.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, malfunction, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, borneo77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account. borneo77 shall not be liable for any losses or purported winnings arising from a game malfunction.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules. Bets placed on the borneo77 sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules applicable at the time of placement. These rules cover settlement procedures for abandoned or postponed events, void market criteria, and accumulator settlement methodology. 6.4 Finality of Results. Subject to clause 6.2, game results and bet settlements are final once determined. borneo77 does not accept disputes based on a Member's subjective interpretation of game rules or disagreement with a statistically expected outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on borneo77 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure without return of funds:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts or colluding with other Members
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or exploit promotional offers
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate borneo77 intellectual property
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing borneo77 staff or other Members via any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited under local law

8.1 Commitment. borneo77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible via the Member dashboard.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude from borneo77 may do so by contacting customer support or using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, borneo77 will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the borneo77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of borneo77 or its licensed content providers. No Member acquires any ownership right or licence over borneo77 intellectual property by virtue of using the Platform.

9.2 Restrictions. Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any borneo77 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of borneo77 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10.1 Service Availability. borneo77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. borneo77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

10.2 Financial Losses. Gambling involves risk. By using borneo77, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit. borneo77's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposit made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10.3 Indirect Losses. borneo77 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the Platform.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your borneo77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by borneo77. borneo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where: (a) a Member has breached these Terms; (b) borneo77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to borneo77 or other Members; or (d) borneo77 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by borneo77 — all bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are immediately voided. Any outstanding bets placed before closure will be settled according to the applicable rules and any resulting winnings added to the withdrawable balance.

12.1 Right to Amend. borneo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the borneo77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

12.3 Governing Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
